be appropriate to promote and attain the purposes set
forth in its charter.

(14) TO BE A PROMOTER, PARTNER, MEMBER, ASSOCIATE,
OR MANAGER OF ANY PARTNERSHIP, JOINT VENTURE, TRUST OR
OTHER ENTERPRISE.

(b) It shall not be necessary to set forth in the
charter the powers enumerated in this section, but any
corporation may by its charter specifically limit or
prohibit the corporation from exercising any of said
enumerated powers.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of providing that candidates for
nomination for, or election to, orphans' court
judgeships, shall file their financial statements
with local boards of election supervisors rather
than the State Administrative Board of Elections.

and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
