ESTATE OF A DECEDENT   DYING BETWEEN OCTOBER 1, 1964 AND

DECEMBER 31, 1969,    THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 918 OF THE
ACTS OF 1965 APPLY.

(K) SECTION 11-108 APPLIES TO ANY RELEASES EXECUTED
ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 1970.

(L) SECTION 11-109 APPLIES TO THE ESTATE
DECEDENT DYING ON OR AFTER JUNE 1, 1965.

12-103. PRIOR LAWS.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE, THE
ADMINISTRATION ON OR AFTER JULY 1, 1974 OF ESTATES OF
PERSONS WHO DIED BEFORE JULY 1, 1974 SHALL BE GOVERNED BY
THOSE STATUTES IN EFFECT BEFORE JULY 1, 1974, AND THE
ADMINISTRATION ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 1970 OF ESTATES OF
PERSONS WHO DIED BEFORE JANUARY 1, 1970 SHALL BE GOVERNED
BY THOSE STATUTES IN EFFECT BEFORE JANUARY 1, 1970.

REVISOR'S NOTE: These sections presently appear as
Art. 93, §§ 12-101 and 12-102. A subsection
is added to §12-102 for organizational
purposes. Subsection (d) contains the
provisions applicable to dates previously
contained in §§4-411 and 4-412, and it
contains also a new provision which
incorporates the present 1970 rules of
construction to any will executed before 1970.
Sec. 12-103 is derived from §4, Ch. 600, Acts
of 1970. The only other changes are in style
and language.

SUBTITLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
13-101. DEFINITIONS.

(A)   IN THIS TITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B)    "COURT" MEANS THE COURT HAVING JURISDICTION
UNDER §13-105.

(C)   A "DISABLED PERSON" IS A PERSON OTHER THAN A
MINOR WHO
