SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

FOR the purpose of creating the Maryland Commission     on

Afro—American and Indian History; providing     for

Commission on Negro History and culture; abolishing

the Commission on Negro History and Culture;   and
making this Act an emergency measure.
