AN ACT concerning

Elections — Precinct Registers

FOR the purpose of permitting the local boards of
election, under certain circumstances, to use
precinct registers consisting of an alphabetical
compilation of registered voters electronically
reproduced through data processing; correcting
certain language; and generally relating to the
registration of voters, permanent and temporary
certificates of registration, and procedures related
thereto and to records of persons voting.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

MARYLAND, That Sections 3-11, 3-15(a), 15-4 (a), 16-10 (a),
and 27-6(c) of Article 33 - Election Code, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1973 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
