1530                                        LAWS OF MARYLAND                       [Ch. 372

(a) To store, sell, expose for sale, or offer for
sale, any gasoline, motor fuel, kerosene, oil or other
liquid fuels, or lubricating oils, lubricants, mixtures
of lubricants, adulterated oils, reclaimed oils, or
falsely labeled oils, or other similar products, in any
manner whatsoever, so as to deceive or tend to deceive
the purchaser as to the nature, origin, quality, grade,
or identity, of the product so sold or offered for sale,
or to store, sell, expose for sale or offer for sale in
any manner so as to deceive or tend to deceive the
purchaser, any lubricating oil, lubricants, mixtures of
lubricants, adulterated oils, or falsely labeled oils
which had been once used for lubrication purposes and
subsequently reclaimed, refined or reconditioned, without
clearly indicating or setting forth such fact on the
container, pump or distributing device used; or

(e) The application to purchase or transfer shall
contain the following information:

(3) The date and hour the application was
delivered in completed form to the prospective seller or
transferor by the prospective purchaser [of] OR
transferee.

467A.

(a) Unless exempt under subsection (c) , it is
unlawful for any person, firm, partnership, corporation,
or association knowingly to (1) transfer or cause to be
transferred any sounds recorded on a phonograph record,
disc, wire, tape, film, or other article on which sounds
are recorded onto any other phonograph record, disc,
wire, tape, film or article; or (2) sell, distribute,
circulate, offer for sale, distribution or circulation,
possess for the purpose of sale, distribution or
circulation or cause to be sold, distributed, or
circulated, offered for sale, distribution or
circulation, or possessed for sale, distribution or
circulation any article or device on which sounds have
bean so transferred without consent of the owner of the
roaster phonograph record, master disc, master tape, or
other device or article from which the sounds are
derived.

522.

It shall not be lawful to keep open or use any
dancing saloon, opera house, tenpin alley, barber saloon
or ball alley within this State on the Sabbath day.
