IT HAS KNOWLEDGE, IMPOSED UPON AIRMEN OR THE OWNERS OR
OPERATORS OF AIRCRAFT FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW OF THIS
STATE RELATING TO AERONAUTICS OR FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE
RULES, REGULATIONS OR ORDERS OF THE ADMINISTRATION. THE
ADMINISTRATION IS AUTHORIZED TO RECEIVE REPORTS OF
PENALTIES AND OTHER DATA FROM AGENCIES OF THE FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT AND OTHER STATES AND, WHEN NECESSARY, TO ENTER
INTO AGREEMENTS WITH FEDERAL AGENCIES AND THE AGENCIES OF
OTHER STATES GOVERNING THE DELIVERY, RECEIPT AND EXCHANGE
AND USE OF REPORTS AND DATA. THE ADMINISTRATION MAY MAKE
THE REPORTS AND DATA OF THE FEDERAL AGENCIES, THE
AGENCIES OF OTHER STATES, AND THE COURTS OF THIS STATE
AVAILABLE, WITH OR WITHOUT REQUEST THEREFOR, TO ANY AND
ALL COURTS OF THIS STATE, AND TO ANY OFFICER OF THE STATE
OR OF A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO §
10-1001 OF THIS ARTICLE TO ENFORCE THE AERONAUTICS LAWS.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
21 of Article 62C — Maryland Airport Zoning Board, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and
1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
abolishes the Maryland Airport Zoning Board, All
personnel, records, files, furniture, fixtures and other
properties owned by or in the custody, as of June 30,
1974, of the Maryland Airport Zoning Board shall be
transferred to and be in the ownership or custody of its
successor, the State Aviation Administration. All rules,
regulations, forms, orders and directives promulgated by
or in effect for the Maryland Airport Zoning Board shall
continue in force unless and until changed pursuant to
law. The term of office of any person now a member of
that Board shall expire upon the effective date of this
Act, unless he sooner dies, resigns, or is removed
pursuant to the provisions of law. The term of office of
any person now a member of the Board of Airport Zoning
Appeals shall also expire as of the effective date of
this Act, unless he sooner dies, resigns, or is removed
pursuant to the provisions of law.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
continuity of the State Aviation Administration and the
Board of Airport Zoning Appeals is retained. The
personnel, records, files, furniture, fixtures and other
properties and all appropriations, credits, assets,
liabilities, and obligations of the retained
Administration and Board are continued as the personnel,
records, files, furniture, fixtures, properties,
appropriations, credits, assets, liabilities, and
obligations of the Administration and Board under the
