generally with aviation and aeronautics in this
State and the laws relating thereto and providing
for the enforcement of these lass and penalties for
their violation; providing for the continuity of and
transfer of personnel and property of certain
agencies and the continuity of certain transactions;
providing for the repeal of inconsistent laws and
the incorporation of all separate, but consistent
laws enacted by the 1974 Session of the General
Assembly; providing for the severability of this Act
for constitutional purposes and providing that this
act shall take effect on July 1, 1974.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 1, 2, 4 through 40 of Article 1A
- Aeronautics, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement and 1973
Additional Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Article 1A - Aviation, Sections 1—100 through 10—1004 be
and it is hereby added to the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) to read as
follows:
