RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE FEDERAL AGENCY WHICH LICENSES THAT
VACCINE.

IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RESPECTIVE COUNTY HEALTH
DEPARTMENTS, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL PROVIDE FOR LOW-COST,
SELF-FINANCING, ANTI-RABIES CLINICS, TO BE STAFFED BY
GRADUATE VETERINARIANS, IN EACH COUNTY. THESE CLINICS
SHALL BE OFFERED ANNUALLY PRIOR TO EACH JULY 1, AT SUCH
LOCATIONS AND ON SUCH DATES AS DETERMINED BY THE
DEPARTMENT AND THE RESPECTIVE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENTS.
THE PUBLIC HEALTH VETERINARIAN SHALL ESTABLISH THE
VACCINATION PROCEDURES TO BE USED AT THE CLINICS TO COVER
ITS COSTS, THE DEPARTMENT MAY CHARGE A FEE NOT TO EXCEED
FIFTY CENTS FOR EACH ANIMAL VACCINATED, AND THE COUNTY
HEALTH DEPARTMENT MAY CHARGE SUCH ADDITIONAL FEE AS MAY
BE REQUIRED TO COVER ITS COSTS FOR MATERIAL AND SERVICE
PROVIDED.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, [[1974]] 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Revenue and Taxes - Tax Sales
FOR the purpose of providing that the owner of the
property sold under the provisions of this Article
shall continue in possession until redemption or
foreclosure of right of redemption; providing that
any holder of a certificate of sale . may seek the
appointment of a receiver for the said property;
providing that the county commissioners and any
other taxing agency holding such a certificate of
sale may apply for the appointment of a receiver;
and providing that in Baltimore City, except as to
property actually occupied by the owner when a
certificate is purchased by the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore, the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore shall have the right to take immediate
possession of the property and the rents accruing
therefrom, subject to a strict accounting to the
owner, and upon redemption, payment of all collected
