shall be evidence in all the courts to the same extent as
the original thereof would be if produced and proved.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning

Transportation — Radio Communications

FOR the purpose of abolishing the requirement that the
Maryland Port Administration establish, operate, and
maintain a radio communications service serving
shipping interests in Maryland, establish charges to
cover the costs thereof and collect the same from
all interests benefited as other charges of the
Administration are collected, and pay the receipts
into the Transportation Trust Fund.

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1972 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 5B of Article 62B - Maryland Port
Administration, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed:
