are hereby repealed arid re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article 10

140.

There shall be two terms of the Circuit Court for

Dorchester County in each year, commencing on the

[fourth] FIRST Monday in each of the months of [April]
MARCH and October.

141.

Juries shall be summoned to the [April] MARCH and
October terms and the court, or a Judge thereof, may
require the attendance of the grand jury or the petit
jury, or both, whenever the business before the court
warrants their attendance.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
