19(a) of Article 59A - Mental Retardation, of the

Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and

1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 59A - Mental Retardation
19.

(a) The following [existing] facilities shall be
maintained as public facilities under the general
jurisdiction of the Administration:

Henryton [Hospital] Center
Rosewood [Hospital] Center

Great Oaks Center [(formerly known as the
Maryland-Metropolitan Washington Mental Retardation
Center).]

HOLLY CENTER

VICTOR CULLEN CENTER.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
