AN ACT concerning
Commissioners on Uniform
State Laws — Annual Appropriation
FOR the purpose of [[increasing the annual appropriation
from the State of Maryland to the National
Conference of the Commissioners on Uniform State
Laws]] providing that the Maryland Board of
Commissioners for the Promotion of Uniformity of
Legislation in the United States may, out of its
annual appropriations, contribute to the expenses of
the National Conference of commissioners on Uniform
State Laws such sum as may be provided in the annual
budget.
BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 154(d) of Article 41 -
Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(d) The said Board may, out of its annual
appropriation, contribute to the expenses of the National
Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws such
sum as they may think proper[[, not exceeding, however,
[$4,400.00] $7100.00 a year.]] AND AS MAY BE PROVIDED IN
THE ANNUAL BUDGET.
