On page CJ 9-5 of the printed bill, Sec. 9-110, in line 7 after the word
"STATEMENT" insert the following words: "NOR MAY HE DISCLOSE
ANY INFORMATION DERIVED FROM THE PERSON OR MATE-
RIAL IN RENDERING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE".

On page CJ 9-7 of the printed bill, Sec. 9-115 strike out lines 2 through
5, inclusive, and insert in lieu thereof the following words:

"WHERE CHARACTER EVIDENCE IS OTHERWISE RELE-
VANT TO THE PROCEEDING, NO PERSON OFFERED AS A
CHARACTER WITNESS WHO HAS AN ADEQUATE BASIS FOR
FORMING AN OPINION AS TO ANOTHER PERSON'S CHAR-
ACTER SHALL HEREAFTER BE EXCLUDED FROM GIVING
EVIDENCE BASED ON PERSONAL OPINION TO PROVE CHAR-
