Amendment No. 58—

On page CJ 4-22 of the printed bill, Sec. 4-522(a)(l), in line 8, strike
out the word "DELINQUDNT" and insert in lieu thereof the word "DE-
LINQUENT".

Amendment No. 54—

On page CJ 4-26 of the printed bill, Sec. 4-528, in line 7, strike out
"COORDINATING" and insert in lieu thereof the word "CORRELAT-
ING".

Amendment No. 55—

On page CJ 5-3 of the printed bill, Sec. 5-103, in line 4, before the word
"A" insert "WITHIN 20 YEARS FROM THE DATE THE CAUSE OF
ACTION ACCRUES,"; and on page CJ 5-3 of the printed bill, Sec. 5-103
(a), lines 8 and 9, strike out ", WITHIN 20 YEARS FROM THE DATE
THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES".

Amendment No. 56—

On page CJ 5-5 of the printed bill, Sec. 5-106, in line 3, following the
word "MISDEMEANOR", insert the word "NOT".

Amendment No. 57—

On page CJ 5-9 of the printed bill, immediately preceding line 29, insert
the following:

"SEC. 5-205. ABSENCE FROM THE STATE.

(A)    PERSON LEAVING STATE OR MOVING FROM
COUNTY.

A PERSON WHO ABSENTS HIMSELF FROM THE STATE OR
REMOVES FROM COUNTY TO COUNTY AFTER CONTRACTING
A DEBT, SO THAT HIS CREDITOR MAY BE UNCERTAIN OF
FINDING THE PERSON OR HIS PROPERTY, MAY NOT HAVE
THE BENEFIT OF ANY LIMITATION CONTAINED IN THIS
TITLE, BUT THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT PROHIBIT A PER-
SON FROM REMOVING HIMSELF OR HIS FAMILY FROM ONE
COUNTY TO ANOTHER FOR REASONS OF CONVENIENCE
NOR DOES IT DEPRIVE ANY PERSON LEAVING THE STATE
FOR THE TIME LIMITED IN THIS SUBSECTION OF THE BENE-
FITS OF ANY STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IF HE LEAVES
SUFFICIENT AND KNOWN EFFECTS FOR THE PAYMENT OF
HIS JUST DEBTS IN THE HANDS OF SOME PERSON WHO
WILL ASSUME THE PAYMENT OF THEM TO HIS CREDITORS.

(B)    PERSON ABSENT WHEN ACTION ACCRUES.

A PERSON WHO IS ABSENT FROM THE STATE WHEN A
CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES AGAINST HIM MAY NOT BENE-
