Amendment No. 1—

In line 3 of the title of the printed bill, strike out the word "increasing"
and insert in lieu thereof, the word "changing".

Amendment No. 2—

In line 26 of Section 13 on page 1 of the printed bill, strike out "TEN
PERCENT (10%)" and insert in lieu thereof "EIGHT PERCENT
(8%)".

Amendment No. 3—

In line 1 on page 2 of the printed bill, immediately after the word
"BALANCE" insert in lieu thereof the following: ", OR THE HIGHEST
PRIME RATE OF INTEREST CHARGED BY COMMERCIAL BANKS
PER ANNUM SIMPLE INTEREST ON THE UNPAID BALANCE,".
