INTRODUCTION OF BILLS
House Bill No. 26—By Delegate McInerney:
AN ACT concerning

Age of Majority—Interpretation

FOR the purpose of repealing provisions in the Age of Majority bill con-
cerning the construction application and interpretation of the laws
concerning age of majority including gifts made under the Uniform
Gift to Minors' Act.

BY repealing

Section 51 of Chapter 651 of the Acts of 1973.

Read the first time and referred to the Committee on Rules.

House Bill No. 27—By Delegate Robertson:
AN ACT concerning

Chartered Counties—Courthouses

FOR the purpose of enumerating the express power of chartered counties
to erect, establish and maintain courthouses within their respective
counties.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Article 25A—Chartered Counties of Maryland

Section 5(C)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1973 Replacement Volume).
