AN ACT concerning

Financial Disclosure

FOR the purpose of amending the Financial Disclosure Act so that it
applies only to certain real estate holdings and other financial inter-
ests in which public officials have legal or equitable ownership, and
relating generally to financial disclosure of public officials.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Section 28-1 and 28-3(b)

Financial Disclosure

FOR the purpose of requiring the disclosure of information by certain
State officials relating to certain activities and transactions engaged
in by those officials with respect to the State and State agencies;
creating the Financial Disclosure Advisory Board and providing for
its composition, powers, and responsibilities; providing for the en-
forcement of the disclosure requirements of this Act; and relating
generally to public financial disclosure.
