"10-411. HUNTING ON PRIVATE LANDS.

(A)    HUNTING ON PRIVATE LANDS—GENERALLY.—
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED, A PERSON MAY NOT

COME TO HUNT, UPON ANY PRETENSE WHATEVER WITH
A GUN OR DOG ON LANDS OWNED BY ANOTHER PERSON
WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE LANDOWNER, HIS
AGENT, OR LESSEE. ANY PERSON HUNTING ON PRIVATE
PROPERTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE HE CAUSES
TO THE PRIVATE PROPERTY WHILE HUNTING. THE LAND-
OWNER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ACCIDENTAL INJURY OR DAM-
AGE TO THE PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE LANDOWNER,
HIS AGENT, OR LESSEE GAVE THE PERMISSION TO HUNT.

(B)    HUNTING ON PRIVATE LANDS IN HARFORD
COUNTY.—

IN HARFORD COUNTY, A PERSON MAY NOT COME TO
HUNT, UPON ANY PRETENSE WHATEVER, WITH A GUN ON
THE LANDS OWNED BY ANOTHER PERSON WITHOUT THE
WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE LANDOWNER, HIS AGENT,
OR LESSEE.

(C)    HUNTING DEER ON PRIVATE LANDS IN CERTAIN
COUNTIES.—

IN BALTIMORE, CHARLES, WICOMICO, SOMERSET, OR
HOWARD COUNTIES, A PERSON MAY NOT ENTER OR TRES-
PASS UPON LAND OWNED BY ANOTHER PERSON FOR THE
PURPOSE OF HUNTING DEER ON THE LAND WITH GUN,
RIFLE, BOW AND ARROW, OR ANY OTHER MEANS WITH-
OUT FIRST SECURING THE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE
LANDOWNER, HIS AGENT, OR LESSEE. ANY PERSON HUNT-
ING DEER ON LAND OWNED BY ANOTHER PERSON SHALL
EXHIBIT WRITTEN PERMISSION UPON THE REQUEST OF
ANY NATURAL RESOURCES POLICE OFFICER, ANY LAW EN-
FORCEMENT OFFICER, OR THE LANDOWNER, HIS AGENT,
OR LESSEE. THE NATURAL RESOURCES POLICE OFFICER
OR ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER SHALL ARREST ANY
PERSON HUNTING WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION UPON
THE REQUEST OF THE LANDOWNER, HIS AGENT, OR LES-
SEE.

Amendment No. 21—

On page 1-11, in line 31, after the period insert the following new
sentence:

"A BOARD MEMBER MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY DE-
TERMINATION OR VOTE IN ANY PROCEEDING AS TO WHICH
HE HAS, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, A PRIVATE INTEREST."

Amendment No. 22—

On page Title—2, of the title, in lines 39 and 40, strike all the language
and in lieu thereof insert the following:

"410A, and 510C-410-I, of Article 66C, subtitle, "Public Recreation
and Parks" to Article 25; to repeal, re-enact, with amendments, re-
codify, and renumber Section 410B of Article 66C, subtitle "Public
Recreation and Parks", as a new Section 223 of Article 25: to trans-
fer".
