Amendment No. 90—

On Page 7-133, line 15, strike ", REGULATION, OR" and in lieu
thereof insert the following: "OR REGULATION"; and in line 16, delete
the word "RESTRICTION"; and strike all of lines 22 and 23, inclusive.

Amendment No. 91—

On Page 7-134, strike all of lines 1 through 5, inclusive.

Amendment No. 92—

On Page 8-1, immediately before line 13, insert the following: "(E)
"COUNTY" INCLUDES BALTIMORE CITY UNLESS OTHERWISE IN-
DICATED."; and in lines 13 and 15 strike the following: "(E)" and "(F)"
respectively and insert in lieu thereof "(F)" and "(G)".

Amendment No. 93—

On Page 8-2, in lines 1, 8, 22 and 24 strike the following: "(G)", "(H)",
"(I)", "(J)" respectively and insert in lieu thereof "(H)", "(I)", "(J)",
" (K)" respectively.

Amendment No. 94—

On Page 8-102, in line 21 delete the word "CARRIES" and insert in
lieu thereof the following:

"SHALL FORMULATE AND IMPLEMENT A PROGRAM TO
CARRY".

Amendment No. 95—

On Page 8-103, in line 24 following the word "SHALL" insert the follow-
ing: "INVENTORY AND"; and in line 28 strike the word "MAY" and
insert in lieu thereof "SHALL".

Amendment No. 96—

On Page 8-104, in line 29 strike the words "WHEN PLANNING" and
insert in lieu thereof the words "BEFORE SPECIFIC PLANS"; and in
line 30 following after the word "RESOURCES" insert the words "ARE
APPROVED".

Amendment No. 97—

On Page 8-105, in line 1, strike the comma after the word 'CONSIDERA-
TION"; and in line 2 insert a period after the word "GIVEN"; and strike
all of lines 3 and 4; in line 9 insert a comma after the word "RIVER";
and in line 10 insert a comma after the word "UNDERTAKEN"; in lines
13 and 14 strike everything beginning with the word "WHEN" in line 13
and ending with the comma in line 14.
