Amendment No. 80—

On Page 6-1, immediately before line 16, insert the following:

"(B) "COUNTY" INCLUDES BALTIMORE CITY UNLESS
OTHERWISE INDICATED";

and in lines 16, 18, and 20, delete "(B)", "(C)", and "(D)", respectively,
and insert in lieu thereof the following: "(C)", "(D)", and "(E)", re-
spectively.

Amendment No. 81—

On Pages 6-2 and 6-3, in lines 1, 6, 10, 14, 16 and 1, respectively,
delete the following: "(E)", "(F)", "(G)", "(H)", "(I)", and "(J)",
respectively, and insert in lieu thereof the following: "(F)", "(G)",
"(H)", "(I)", "(J)", and "(K)", respectively.

On Page 7-12, in line 8, strike the word "ADVISORY"; in line 22, delete

"THE" insert the following:

PARTMENT APPOINTED BY".
