20 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [July 30
House Bill 531, which was enacted by the General Assembly and signed
by me on May 24, 1973, abolishes Appeal Tax Courts and substitutes
therefor a property tax review board which is under State control and the
members of which are appointed in a manner which is inconsistent with
that set forth in House Bill 934.
Because of the inconsistency between the two bills, and because the en-
actment of House Bill 531 renders House Bill 934 unnecessary, I have, with
the approval of the sponsor, decided to veto House Bill 934.
Sincerely,
MARVIN MANDEL,
Governor.
