1973] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES 19
This bill corrects certain errors in the State Employees' Retirement
System laws.
Senate Bill 939 and House Bill 1264, which were enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 21, 1973, accomplish the same
purpose as House Bill 772.
Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign House Bill 772.
Sincerely,
MARVIN MANDEL,
Governor.
Read and journalized.

ing errors in the laws relating generally to the State Employees' Retire-
ment System.
Shall the bill pass notwithstanding the objections of the Executive?
