REVISOR'S NOTE: These subsections presently appear
as Article 66C, section 345B (f) of the Code.
The "s" in "maps" is proposed for deletion in
light of Article 1, section 8, wherein
reference to the singular is deemed to
include the plural unless the context is
unreasonable. The second sentence of
subsection (a) is proposed for deletion as
obsolete because the Secretary already has
prescribed the form. For purposes of clarity
this section has been divided into two
subsections. The only other changes made are
in style.
