BE CAUGHT FROM ANY FISH POTS BY ANY MEANS.

(F) SEINES AND NETS IN CARROLL     COUNTY

[[PROHIBIITED]] PROHIBITED. - A PERSON MAY NOT     USE A

SEINE OR NET OF ANY DESCRIPTION IN ANY OF THE   WATERS
OF CARROLL COUNTY EXCEPT TO CATCH MINNOWS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a) through (e) of
this section presently appear as Article
66C, section 211 of the Code. The penalty
provision of present subsection (a) is
proposed for deletion in light of the
uniform penalty provision of this title.

In subsection (a), the reference to
Washington County is proposed for deletion
as superfluous.

In Subsection (e) the reference to
Washington County is omitted as redundant.
The penalty provision of this subsection is
proposed for deletion in light of the
uniform penalty provision of this title.

Subsection (f) presently appears as Article
66C, section 224 of the Code.

Section 211(b) is proposed for deletion in
light of the uniform penalty provision in
this title.

The only other changes made are in style.

4-621. LIVE BAIT DEALER IN MONTGOMERY, FREDERICK, AND
WASHINGTON COUNTIES.

(A) LICENSE REQUIRED [[IN MONTGOMERY, FREDERICK,
AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES]]. —-ANY PERSON DESIRING TO
SELL LIVE BAIT IN MONTGOMERY, FREDERICK, OR WASHINGTON
COUNTY SHALL APPLY TO THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT
FOR THE COUNTY FOR A LIVE BAIT DEALER'S LICENSE. THE
APPLICATION SHALL BE IN THE FORM THE DEPARTMENT
PRESCRIBES, AND CONTAIN AN AFFIDAVIT SIGNED BY THE
APPLICANT THAT HE IS A RESIDENT OF THE COUNTY. UPON
PAYMENT BY THE APPLICANT OF AN ANNUAL FEE OF $10.50,
THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT MAY ISSUE A LICENSE
SUPPLIED BY THE DEPARTMENT TO THE CLERK. AS
COMPENSATION FOR EACH BAIT DEALER'S LICENSE ISSUED,
THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT SHALL RETAIN 50 CENTS.
ANY MONEY COLLECTED FOR LICENSE FEES DURING A MONTH
SHALL BE FORWARDED TO THE DEPARTMENT ON THE FIRST DAY
