THE GAME AND FISH DEPARTMENT OF ANY OTHER STATE.
HOWEVER, NOT MORE THAN 20 COMPLIMENTARY LICENSES FOR
EACH STATE SHALL BE OUTSTANDING AT ANYTIME. A
COMPLIMENTARY LICENSE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE AND SHALL BE
ISSUED WITHOUT FEE ON FORMS THE DEPARTMENT DESIGNATES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Article 66C, section 221 (c) of the Code.
Language is added to indicate that each
state is allocated 20 complimentary
licenses. The only other changes made are
in style.

4-608. MONEY RECEIVED FOR ANGLER'S LICENSE FOR STATE
[[GAME PROTECTION FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION
FUND; ACCOUNTING TO STATE TREASURER.

ANY MONEY THE DEPARTMENT RECEIVES FOR ANGLER'S
LICENSES SHALL BE ACCOUNTED FOR BY THE DEPARTMENT TO
THE STATE TREASURER. THE AMOUNT THE TREASURER
RECEIVES SHALL BE PLACED TO THE CREDIT OF ANGLER'S

LICENSES IN THE [[STATE GAME]] STATE FISHERIES

MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION FUND, AND THE TREASURER
SHALL PAY OUT OF IT ON WARRANT OF THE COMPTROLLER UPON
REQUISITION OF THE DEPARTMENT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Article 66C, section 221(a) of the Code, as
amended by Chapter 103, Acts of 1972. The
first portion is proposed for deletion
because it duplicates the provision already
stated in proposed section 4—604. The
State Fisheries Management and Protection
Fund is established under section 4-208.
The last sentence is proposed for deletion
since it is covered in section 4—208. The
only other changes made are in style.

4-609. LOST ANGLER'S LICENSE.

IF ANY PERSON LOSES HIS ANGLER'S LICENSE, HE MAY
MAKE AFFIDAVIT STATING THE DATE IT WAS ISSUED, ITS
NUMBER, DESCRIPTION, AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO
ISSUED IT. UPON RECEIPT OF THIS INFORMATION, THE
DEPARTMENT MAY ISSUE A DUPLICATE ANGLER'S LICENSE FOR
A FEE NOT EXCEEDING $1.
