NATURAL RESOURCES - TITLE 3
GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:

The Commission to Bevise the Annotated Code, in
compiling Title 3 of the Natural Resources Article,
concluded that certain provisions of present law
originally allocated to Title 3 are repetitious,
obsolete, or more properly allocable elsewhere.
Accordingly, these provisions are not embodied in
Title 3. Their proposed treatment is as follows:

TITLE 4. FISH AND FISHERIES
SUBTITLE 1. IN GENERAL.
4-101. DEFINITIONS - IN GENERAL.

(A) IN THIS TITLE, THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
which is the standard introduction sentence
to a definition section.

(B) "CATCH" INCLUDES TO TAKE, KILL, TRAP, GATHER,
HARVEST, OR IN ANY MANNER REDUCE ANY FISH TO PERSONAL
POSSESSION.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This definition is new language.
It is established to avoid repetitive use
throughout present statutory provision of
different terms referring to the exercise
of dominion and control over fish.

(C) "CLOSED SEASON" MEANS THE TIME DURING WHICH
