In line with this approach, §§ 27 and 29, dealing
with certain appeals from county commissioners,
eventually will be allocated to the Local Government
Article. For the present, appropriate provisions will
be placed in Art. 25.

The commission has also concluded that statutes
dealing with costs on appeal should be allocated to
the costs title of this article. These statutes
include Art. 5, §§23 and 30, (except for §30 (a)). Art.
5, §§15, 15A, and 15B, see §7-102.

In addition to these matters, the following
additional provisions of Art. 5 are not included in
