MARVIN MANDEL, Governor                                      345

THE COURT MAY STRIKE OUT OR INVALIDATE A WAIVER
SUFFICIENT REASONS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language

SEC. 11-507. EXEMPTIONS NOT TO IMPAIR CERTAIN LIENS.

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE RELATIVE TO

section with Art. 21, §7—104, and because the
additions seem consistent with the general
concept of §11-507.

For vendors' lien, see Art. 21, §§ 7-201 to
7-205-

For tax lien, see Art. 81, § 393(b).
