(J) EXPENSES.

IF THE SHERIFF INCURS EXPENSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSERVING OR PROTECTING THE SEIZED PROPERTY, HE SHALL
BE REIMBURSED FOR THE EXPENSE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This is the substance of Art. 36,
§§ 25, 25A, 25B, 26, 26A, 26B, 26C, 26D, and
26E, as enacted by Ch. 48, Acts of 1973.

The Sheriff's fees are presented in a tabular
form for the purpose of clarity.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:

The Commission to Revise the Annotated Code in
compiling Title 7 of the Courts and Judicial
Proceedings Article, concluded that certain provisions
of present law originally allocated to Title 7 are
repetitious, obsolete, or more properly allocable
elsewhere. Accordingly, these provisions are not
embodied in Title 7. Their proposed treatment is as
follows::
