(B) A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION IS GUILTY
OF A MISDEMEANOR AND SUBJECT TO A FINE OF NOT MORE

Act shall remain a member for the balance of the term
to which he was appointed, unless he sooner dies,
resigns, or is removed pursuant to the provisions of

REVISOR'S NOTE: Sec. 6 is intended to make it
clear that no board, commission, or

obligations of each retained [[agency]] UNIT are
continued as the personnel, records, files, furniture,
fixtures, properties, appropriations, credits, assets,
liabilities, and obligations of the agency under the
laws enacted by §1 of this Act.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This is a general transitional
