NO PERSON MAY HAUL, TRANSPORT, SELL, DELIVER, OR
DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, CAUSE TO BE HAULED,
TRANSPORTED, SOLD, OR DELIVERED ANY ANTHRACITE BROUGHT
INTO THE STATE BY MOTOR VEHICLE, UNACCOMPANIED BY A
CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN OR ACCOMPANIED BY A FALSE,
FRAUDULENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.

Subsection (c) is new language derived from

Subsection (d) is new language derived from

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE.

In the course of compiling Title 11 of the
Agriculture Article, the Governor's Commission to
Revise the Annotated Code considered the following
sections and concluded that they were not proper to be
included in the Agriculture Article. The following
treatment is proposed:
