In the course of compiling Title 8 of the
Agricultural Article, the Governor's Commission to
Revise the Annotated Code considered the following
sections and concluded that they were not proper to be
included in the Agricultural Article. The following
treatment is proposed:

SEC. 9-101. DEFINITIONS.

(A)   IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.

a definition section.

(B)    "ADVERTISEMENT" MEANS ANY REPRESENTATION
RELATING TO SOD WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THIS SUBTITLE AND
DISSEMINATED IN ANY MANNER OR BY ANY MEANS.
