(Q) "MIXED-TO-ORDER" MEANS COMMERCIAL FERTILISER
MIXED ON A SPECIFIC REQUEST OF A PURCHASER ACCORDING
TO A FORMULA FURNISHED BY HIM.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Art. 66C, §473(g) of the Code. The
present reference to "buyer's mixture" or
"custom—mix" is proposed for deletion because
these definitions appear in §6-201(c) and
(f). The only other changes made are in
style.

(R) "OFFICIAL SAMPLE" MEANS ANY SAMPLE OF
FERTILIZER OR SOIL CONDITIONER TAKEN AND DESIGNATED AS
"OFFICIAL" BY THE SECRETARY.

(S) "PERCENT" OR "PERCENTAGE" MEANS PERCENTAGE BY
WEIGHT.

(T) "SPECIALTY FERTILIZER" MEANS A COMMERCIAL
FERTILISER DISTRIBUTED PRIMARILY FOR NON-FARM USE,
SUCH AS HOME GARDENS, LAWNS, SHRUBBERY, FLOWERS, GOLF
COURSES, MUNICIPAL PARKS, CEMETERIES, GREEN HOUSES,
AND NURSERIES, AND MAY INCLUDE COMMERCIAL FERTILIZERS
USED FOR ANY RESEARCH OR EXPERIMENTAL PURPOSE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Art. 66C, §473(h) of the Code. The only
changes made are in style.

(U) "SOIL CONDITIONER" MEANS ANY SUBSTANCE OR
MIXTURE OF SUBSTANCES INTENDED (1) FOR SALE, OFFERED
FOR SALE, OR SOLD FOR MANURIAL, SOIL ENRICHING, OR
SOIL CORRECTIVE PURPOSES; (2) TO BE USED FOR PROMOTING
OR STIMULATING THE GROWTH OF PLANTS; (3) INCREASING
THE PRODOCTIVITY OF PLANTS; (4) IMPROVING THE QUALITY
OF CROPS; OR (5) PRODUCING ANY CHEMICAL OR PHYSICAL
CHANGE IN THE SOIL, EXCEPT A COMMERCIAL FERTILIZER,
UNMANIPULATED ANIMAL AND VEGETABLE MANURES,
AGRICULTURAL LIMING MATERIAL, AND GYPSUM. IT INCLUDES
