SEC. 3-505. FINES IMPOSED BY THE CIRCUIT COURTS.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS
ARTICLE, ANY FINE IMPOSED BY ANY CIRCUIT COURT OF ANY
COUNTY OR THE CRIMINAL COURT OF BALTIMORE CITY FOR A
VIOLATION OF THIS SUBTITLE, SHALL BE PAID TO THE
COMMISSIONER OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR IMPROVING THE STATE
HIGHWAYS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language

Language is added to indicate that this
section is not superseded by the uniform
penalty provision.
