TO KILL, SELL, GIVE AWAY, REMOVE, OR SHIP.

(B)   FAILURE TO REMOVE AND RETURN TAG. - A PERSON
MAY NOT FAIL TO REMOVE AND RETURN TO THE SECRETARY ANY
TAG ATTACHED TO ANY CONTAINER OR TO ANY GAME BIRD OR
MAMMAL.

(C)    REMOVAL OR DESTRUCTION OF TAG. - A PERSON
MAY NOT REMOVE OR DESTROY ANY TAG ATTACHED TO ANY
CONTAINER OR GAME BIRD OR MAMMAL EXCEPT IN THE MANNER
AND AT THE TIME AND PLACE PRESCRIBED.

(D)   USE OF TAG; EXCEPTION. - A PERSON MAY NOT
USE A TAG ISSUED PURSUANT TO §10-903 FOR ANY GAME BIRD
OR MAMMAL OR THE EGGS OF ANY GAME BIRD HUNTED OUTSIDE
THE PREMISES USED FOR PROPAGATING GAME OR FOR A SECOND
SHIPMENT OF ANY GAME BIRD OR MAMMAL FROM THE PREMISES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Article 66C, section 184. The last
sentence is proposed for deletion because
it appears as proposed section 10-903(c).
The only other changes made are in style.

10-905. LICENSEE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN LEDGER.

EACH LICENSEE SHALL KEEP A LEDGER OF ANY GAME

BIRD OR MAMMAL RAISED, THE NUMBER KILLED, AND THE
NUMBER SOLD DEAD OR ALIVE. THE LICENSEE SHALL ALLOW

ANY NATURAL RESOURCES POLICE OFFICER OR ANY LAW

ENFORCEMENT OFFICER AT ANY REASONABLE HOUR TO ENTER

AND INSPECT THE PREMISES WHERE OPERATIONS ARE CARRIED
ON TO INSPECT RECORDS.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language
derived from the last two sentences of
Article 66C, section 181 (a) of the Code. A
reference to the Natural Resources Police
Force is added in light of Chapter 348,
Acts of 1972, which essentially charged the
Natural Resources Police Force with
enforcing the natural resource laws of the
State.

10-906. TRESPASSING ON GAME PRESERVE PROHIBITED;
AIDING AND ABETTING.

(A) TRESPASSING ON GAME PRESERVE PROHIBITED. - A
PERSON MAY NOT ENTER UPON ANY GAME PRESERVE OR REFUGE
USED FOR THE PROPAGATION OF ANY GAME BIRD OR MAMMAL
AND INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE, DESTROY, DISTURB, HUNT,
