In this subsection objects commonly known
as "duck blinds" are classified as either a
"stationary blind" or "blind site". The
only other changes made are in style.

(C)    "BOAT OR FLOATING BLIND" MEANS A BOAT,
INCLUDING A RAFT OR FLOAT, WHICH IS ANCHORED BUT NOT
PERMANENTLY LOCATED.

convenience of the Code user.

(D)   "BODY BOOTING" MEANS STANDING IN WATER AND
HUNTING WILD WATERFOWL.

(E)   "GUNNING RIG" MEANS ANY BOAT OR RAFT NOT
UNDER POWER USED FOR HUNTING WETLAND GAME BIRDS,
EXCEPT A SINK BOX, AND INCLUDES A BODY BOOTING RIG,
BOAT OR FLOATING BLIND, BUSHWACK RIG, CANOE, ROWBOAT,
SKIFF, OR SNEAK BOAT.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
added for the convenience of the Code user.
It is designed to include all types of
gunning rigs particularly referred to in
the present Code.

(F)     "STATIONARY BLIND" MEANS A PERMANENT
OFF-SHORE STRUCTURE BUILT ON PILING OR STAKES AND USED
FOR HUNTING WILD WATERFOWL.

10-602. HUNTING WILD WATERFOWL AT NIGHTTIME
PROHIBITED.

(A) NIGHTTIME DEFINED. - NOTWITHSTANDING ANY
OTHER PROVISION OF THIS TITLE, NIGHTTIME MEANS THE
TIME THE SECRETARY OF INTERIOR OF THE UNITED STATES
ADOPTS BY RULE OR REGULATION.
