Subsection (e) is new language derived from
Article 66C, section 132(e) of the Code.
Subsection (f) presently appears as the
second and third sentences of section
132(g), as amended by Chapter 823, H.B.
975, Acts of 1973. New language is added
to indicate that shooting from paved and
unpaved roads is prohibited in Kent and
Queen Anne's counties and in the Hanover
municipal waterworks.
Subsection (g) presently appears as the
first paragraph of Article 66C, section
132(1). New language, derived from the
third paragraph of this section, is added
for organizational purposes.
Subsection (h) presently appears as the
second paragraph of Article 66C, section
132(1).
The third paragraph of section 132(1) is
proposed for deletion since its substance
presently appears as proposed subsection
(f). The last paragraph is proposed for
deletion in light of the uniform penalty
provision of this title.
Subsection (i) presently appears as Article
27, section 154 of the Code and is set
forth here for organizational purposes.
The reference to "game, bird, or creature"
is proposed for deletion and "bird, mammal,
amphibian, or reptile" is substituted
therefor to maintain consistency with the
wildlife classifications used throughout
this title. The last sentence is proposed
for deletion in light of the uniform
penalty provision of this title.
Subsection (j) is new language derived from
Article 1A, section 30 of the Code and set
forth here for organizational purposes.
Article 1A, section 30 relates to "birds
and mammals" and consequently, refers to
domestic birds and mammals. The provisions
of this subsection, however, are restricted
to wild birds and mammals due to the nature
