NATURAL RESOURCES.

[[(F)]] (G) "DIRECTOR" MEANS DIRECTOR OF THE
WATER RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION.

COUNTY, MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, OR OTHER POLITICAL
SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE, OR ANY OF THEIR UNITS, OR AN
INDIVIDUAL, RECEIVER, TRUSTEE, GUARDIAN, EXECUTOR,
ADMINISTRATOR, FIDUCIARY, OR REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY
KIND, OR ANY PARTNERSHIP, FIRM, ASSOCIATION, PUBLIC OR
PRIVATE CORPORATION, OR ANY OTHER ENTITY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 96A, section 2 (f) of the Code.
It is revised to establish a broad uniform
definition of the word "person" as used in
this title. The definition of "person" as
stated in Article 96A, section 48 of the
Code is added to this definition thereby
broadening the definition. The only other
changes made are in style.
