920                                    LAWS OF MARYLAND                             Ch. 449

PERSONNEL TO PROVIDE MEDICAL OR. HEALTH CARE FACILITIES
OR SERVICES FOR SUBSTANTIALLY DEFICIENT AREAS, TO
PROVIDE SUCH FACILITIES OR SERVICES BY WAY OF CONTRACT
WITH A [[PHYSICIAN]] DOCTOR GROUPS OF [[PHYSICIANS]]
DOCTORS, HOSPITALS, OR OTHER AUTHORIZED MEDICAL GROUPS
OR PERSONNEL FOR THE PROVISION OF NECESSARY MEDICAL OR
HEALTH CARE FACILITIES OR SERVICES. MEDICAL OR HEALTH
CARE FACILITIES MAY BE PROVIDED AS AUTHORIZED BY THE
CAPITAL BUDGETS OF STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

CHAPTER 450
(Senate Bill 874)

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and devises contained in the Last Wills and
Testaments of certain persons, deceased, and also to certain gifts, grants, sales,
leases and deeds made by various persons to and for the use and benefit of
sundry ministerial persons, religious corporations, vestries, educational and
charitable institutions, churches, denominations or sects hereinafter named.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the sanction and consent of the said General Assembly of
Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and granted to the following
gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales, leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from
certain persons and bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial
persons, religious and educational corporations, orders, denominations and sects,
and to certain charitable institutions hereinafter named and hereinafter set forth.

1. The following distributions from a Trust Estate held by Mercantile-Safe Deposit
& Trust Co., under Deed of Trust from Clinton Summers dated January 7, 1932,
which became distributable upon the termination of the trust on the death of the
life tenant and the approval of the Trustee's final accounting by the Circuit Court
No. 2 of Baltimore City on April 12, 1972:

Little Sisters of the Poor, Inc.                            $2,500.

The Wesley Home, Inc. (formerly known

as "The Home for the Aged of the Meth-

dist Episcopal Church")                          1/16 of residue

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric
Center & Hospital, Inc. (form-
erly known as "The Hebrew Home
for Aged & Infirm, Inc.")               1/16 of residue

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.
