SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

CHAPTER 363
(Senate Bill 140)
AN ACT to add new Section 10(d) to Article 88C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Supplement), title "State Planning," to follow immediately
after Section 10(c) thereof, to require all State agencies to submit as a part of
their annual capital budget requests to the Department of State Planning certain
information on capital projects to be funded from non-budgeted funds or from
grants of any kind.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 10(d) be and it is hereby added to Article 88C of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Supplement), title "State Planning," to
follow immediately after Section 10(c) thereof, and to read as follows:

(D) NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 15(E) OF
ARTICLE 77A OF THIS CODE, OR ANY OTHER LAW, TO THE
CONTRARY, ALL REQUESTS BY STATE AGENCIES FOR CAPITAL
PROJECTS SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A DETAILED LISTING OF
ALL EXPENDITURES PROPOSED FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
WHICH WILL BE FUNDED FROM NON-BUDGETED REVENUES OR
FROM GRANTS OF ANY KIND.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

CHAPTER 364
(Senate Bill 145)
AN ACT to add a new Section 29(c) to Article 32 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume) title "Dentistry," subtitle "Dental
Hygienists," to follow immediately after Section 29(b) thereof, to permit the
temporary licensing of a dental hygienist if she or he meets the qualifications
prescribed by the Board, and providing generally for the issue and effect of this
license.

MARYLAND, That Section 29(c) be and it is hereby added to Article 32 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume), title "Dentistry,"
subtitle "Dental Hygienists," to follow immediately after Section 29(b) thereof,
