(a) The following existing facilities shall be maintained as public facilities under
the general jurisdiction of the Commissioner.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 19(a) of
Article 59A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1972 Supplement), title "Mental Retardation," subtitle "Facilities," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

[Rosewood State Hospital] ROSEWOOD CENTER

Great Oaks Center (formerly known as the Maryland-Metropolitan Washington
Mental Retardation Center).

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 1-18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Cecil County (1970 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil County," subtitle
"Administration," subheading "Article II. County Commissioners," to increase
the salary of the County Commissioners of Cecil County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 1-18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil
County (1970 Edition, being Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
