[(C) Money requisitioned for the payment of expenses of administration
pursuant to this subsection shall be deposited in the Unemployment Insurance
Administration Fund, but until expended, shall remain a part of the
Unemployment Insurance Fund.]

(3) MONEY APPROPRIATED AS PROVIDED HEREIN FOR THE
PAYMENT OF EXPENSES OF ADMINISTRATION SHALL BE
REQUISITIONED AS NEEDED FOR THE PAYMENT OF OBLIGATIONS
INCURRED UNDER THE APPROPRIATION AND, UPON REQUISITION,
SHALL BE DEPOSITED IN THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
ADMINISTRATION FUND FROM WHICH THE PAYMENTS SHALL BE
MADE. MONEY SO DEPOSITED, UNTIL EXPENDED, SHALL REMAIN
A PART OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE FUND, AND, IF IT
WILL NOT BE EXPENDED, SHALL BE RETURNED PROMPTLY TO THE
ACCOUNT OF THIS STATE IN THE UNEMPLOYMENT TRUST FUND.
The Executive Director shall maintain a separate record of the deposit, obligation,
expenditure, and return of funds so deposited. (If any money so deposited is, for
any reason, not to be expended for the purpose for which it was appropriated, or,
if it remains unexpended at the end of the period specified by the law
appropriating such money, it shall be withdrawn and returned to the Secretary of
the Treasury of the United States for credit to this State's account in the
unemployment trust fund.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay vote
supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to the two Houses of the
General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 276
(Senate Bill 1111)

AN ACT to add a new Section 71A to Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle
"Revocation and Suspension of Licenses," to follow immediately after Section
71 of the same Article and subtitle, to provide that certain licenses issued under
that Article must be revoked if the licensee employs on the licensed premises
any person who is unclothed or who exposes enumerated portions of the body,
permits such a person to simulate nudity in whole or in enumerated areas,
permits touching or caressing by any person of certain portions of the body of
any other person, permits actual or simulated acts of sexual and related nature
to be displayed by live entertainers or by any form of visual representation,
permits any entertainer to perform within six feet of the nearest patron, permits
any person to remain on the premises who publicly exposes enumerated areas
of the body, to further provide that the provisions of the section shall not be
deemed to permit any activity or attire otherwise prohibited by law, and
generally relating to prohibition of total and partial nudity, sexually related
conduct and display of sexually related conduct on licensed premises in Anne
Arundel County.
