INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLAN DEVELOPED FOR HIM AND
THIS PLAN SHALL BE PERIODICALLY UPDATED. THE
COMMISSIONER OF MENTAL HYGIENE SHALL ISSUE APPROPRIATE
REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT THE INTENT OF THIS SECTION,
INDICATING THE NATURE_ AND CONTENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL
TREATMENT PLAN, DELINEATING APPROPRIATE TIME PERSONS
FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION, AND PERIODIC
REVIEW, AND ANY OTHER. REGULATIONS REQUIRED FOR
CARRYING OUT THE_ INTENT OF THIS SECTION. THESE
REGULATIONS SHALL BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, IN
ACCORD WITH IMPROVED HOSPITAL PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

CHAPTER 244
(Senate Bill 791)

AN ACT to add new Section 21 to Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1972 Interim Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle "Judgments," to follow
immediately after Section 20 thereof, to provide for the date upon which the
lien of execution in a money judgment attaches, and to what chattels it attaches.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 21 be and it is hereby added to Article 26 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Interim Supplement), title "Courts," subtitle
"Judgments," to follow immediately after Section 20 thereof, to read as follows:

21.

A WRIT OF EXECUTION ON A MONEY JUDGMENT OR DECREE
SHALL NOT BECOME A LIEN UPON CHATTELS OF THE DEFENDANT
UNTIL AN ACTUAL LEVY IS MADE, AND THE LIEN THEN ARISING
SHALL EXTEND ONLY TO THE CHATTELS INCLUDED IN THE LEVY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

CHAPTER 245
(Senate Bill 797)

AN ACT to add new Section 130A(i) to Article 77 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Supplement), title "Public Education," subtitle "Chapter 9.
Finance and Reports," to follow immediately after Section 130A(h) thereof, to
provide for State sharing in the debt service costs on certain school construction
indebtedness, to provide for a total assumption by the State of these costs after
a certain date, and to validate certain past expenditures for such purposes.
