AS PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF OBSCENITY AS HEREIN DEFINED:

(1) THE REMOVAL BY A FEMALE ACTOR, DANCER, PERFORMER
OR PARTICIPANT, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE AUDIENCE, HER
CLOTHING SO AS TO MAKE NUDE, OR GIVE THE ILLUSION OF
NUDENESS, OF THE LOWER ABDOMEN, GENITAL ORGANS,
BUTTOCKS, OR BREASTS; OR

(2)    THE EXPOSURE BY A FEMALE ACTOR, DANCER OR
PERFORMER, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE AUDIENCE, OR THE
GIVING OF THE ILLUSION OF NUDENESS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE
AUDIENCE, OF THE LOWER ABDOMEN, GENITAL ORGANS,
BUTTOCKS OR BREASTS; OR

(3)    THE EXPOSURE BY A MALE ACTOR, DANCER OR
PERFORMER IN THE PRESENCE OF THE AUDIENCE OF THE
GENITAL ORGANS OR BUTTOCKS OR THE GIVING OF THE
ILLUSION OF NUDENESS OF THE GENITAL ORGANS OR BUTTOCKS;
OR

(4) THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY DANCE, EPISODE, OR MUSICAL
ENTERTAINMENT, THE PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO DIRECT THE
ATTENTION OF THE AUDIENCE TO THE BREASTS, BUTTOCKS OR
GENITAL ORGANS OF THE PERFORMER, IF FEMALE, OR THE
PURPOSE OF WHICH IS TO DIRECT THE ATTENTION OF THE
AUDIENCE TO THE BUTTOCKS OR GENITAL ORGANS OF THE
PERFORMER, IF MALE.]]

(D) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

(Senate Bill 340)

AN ACT to add new Section 181-I-1 to Article 41 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1972 Supplement), title "Governor -
Executive and Administrative Departments," subtitle "Maryland Historical
Trust," to follow immediately after Section 181-I thereof, creating a Capital
Revolving Fund for Historic Preservation under the Maryland Historic Trust,
and relating generally to the composition and use of this fund and to the duties
of certain State officials with respect thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 181-I-1 be and it is hereby added to Article 41
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1972
Supplement), title "Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments,"
subtitle "Maryland Historical Trust," to follow immediately after Section 181-I
thereof, and to read as follows:
