AMENDMENT NO. 15

Federal Revenue Sharing--1973 Fiscal Year

Authorization is hereby granted to disburse such Federal Revenue Sharing Trust
Funds (transfers to General Fund) from entitlement periods January 1, 1972 to
June 30, 1972 and the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1972 and ending June 30, 1973,
to support appropriations for the State Retirement Systems in the 1973 fiscal year.

AMENDMENT NO. 16

Federal Revenue Sharing--1974 Fiscal Year

On page 5 of the printed bill, under the heading "Public Debt" and in the
program "Redemption and Interest on State Bonds" and following the total
appropriation of $56,883,197, insert the following language "Authorization is
hereby granted to disburse $16,000,000 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust
Fund (transfers to General Funds) to support the General Fund Appropriation in
this program."

AMENDMENT NO. 17

On page 22 of the printed bill under the heading "Employees' Retirement
System of the State of Maryland" and in the program entitled "Retirement
Contributions" and following the appropriation of $9,161,021, insert the following
language, "Authorization is hereby granted to disburse $3,600,000 from the
Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund (transfers to General Funds) to support the
General Fund Appropriation in this program."

AMENDMENT NO. 18

On page 23 of the printed bill under the heading "Maryland Teachers'
Retirement System" and in the program entitled "Retirement Contributions" and
following the appropriation of $48,593,503, insert the following language,
"Authorization is hereby granted to disburse $19,440,000 from the Federal
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund (transfers to General Funds) to support the General
Fund Appropriation in this program."

AMENDMENT No. 19

On page 23 of the printed bill under the heading "State Police Retirement
System" and in the program entitled "Retirement Contributions" and following
the appropriation of $2,074,190, insert the following language, "Authorization is
hereby granted to disburse $960,000 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund
(transfers to General Funds) to support the General Fund Appropriation in this
program."

AMENDMENT NO. 20
