The State Comptroller is hereby authorized to pay to the Employees' Retirement
System Division of Social Security funds appropriated in various agency budgets
for their respective shares of Social Security costs.

From Special and Federal Funds, for payment for a State employees' medical
insurance program, authorization is hereby granted to use Special and Federal
funds for this purpose, in the amount of $3,526,461 to be payable out of
revenues and grants which are the source of funds for the payment of budget
appropriations payable out of Special and Federal funds; this amount being
estimated and it being the intent that the actual amount, whether it be more or
less, shall be made available to supplement the appropriation for this purpose.
