registration and mail desk and seating facilities, and an enclosed dining room
which serves full-course meals from menus at least twice daily: and a restaurant
shall be an establishment with an enclosed dining area that has a seating capacity
at tables, not including seats at bars or counters, for seventy or more persons:

period of the license has daily average receipts from the sale of food in excess of
those for the sale of alcoholic beverages. All of [[said]] THE licensees shall
purchase all liquors and wines from the liquor control board for Worcester
County, and shall be charged therefor fifteen percent (15%) less than the retail
price of the liquor control board for such liquors and wines. No license shall be
issued unless [[said]] THE hotel or restaurant is operated in a clean and sanitary
manner and is equipped with proper rest-room facilities. All license fees shall go to
the general funds of the county except where the licensed premises are in an
incorporated town in which event seventy-five percent of the funds shall go to the
incorporated town.
21.
(i-l) In Worcester County. [[such]] THESE licenses shall be issued only
within the corporate limits of Ocean City, and the annual fee for [[said]] A SIX
DAY license shall be [[seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00]] ONE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00). THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A
SEVEN-DAY LICENSE SHALL BE ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,250.00). All license fees shall go to the general funds of the
county except where the licensed premises are in an incorporated town, in which
event seventy-five percent (75%) of the funds shall go to the incorporated town. All
of said licensees shall purchase all liquors and wines from the liquor control board
for Worcester County, and shall be charged therefor fifteen percent (15%) less than
the retail price of the liquor control board for such liquors and wines. THE
HOURS FOR SALE SHALL BE AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 106(C) OF
THIS ARTICLE.
25.
(k) (1) In Worcester County, the board of license commissioners may issue a
special permit to the holder of a [[seven (7)]] SIX (6) day Class B or Class C
beer, wine and liquor license located in the county to permit [[said]] THE
licensee to sell alcoholic beverages to bona fide conventions and such other special
groups as may be approved first by the mayor and city council of the incorporated
town (if any) in which the premises are located and then by the board of license
commissioners for consumption on the premises only on Sunday during the hours
of 12.30 p.m. and. [[10:00 o'clock p.m.]] 1:00 A.M. THE FOLLOWING
MONDAY, prevailing time. The holder of such a license shall be entitled to
exercise the privileges thereof at the time and place therein described upon the
payment of a fee at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00). Application for such permit
shall be made not less than ten (10) days prior to the day upon which [[said]]
THE permit is to be exercised.
(2) ALSO IN WORCESTER COUNTY THERE MAY BE A SPECIAL
SUNDAY LICENSE FOR THOSE BONA FIDE CLUBS WHICH ALREADY
HOLD A CLASS C BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE. ANY CLUB,
WITH THE PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF TEN DOLLARS
($10.00), MAY OBTAIN AS MANY AS EIGHT SPECIAL SUNDAY
LICENSES DURING ANY CALENDAR YEAR, APPLICATION FOR
WHICH SHALL BE MADE AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) DAYS IN
ADVANCE TO THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS AND THE
LICENSE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD
AND SUBJECT ALSO TO OTHER CONDITIONS, REGULATIONS AND
