CERTIFICATE OF SUBMISSION
We, the undersigned, constituting the Charter
Board of Prince George's County, Maryland, elected by
the people of Prince George's County on November 5,
1968, in accordance with the provisions of Article
XI—A of the Constitution of Maryland, do hereby
certify that the Charter and Schedule of Legislation
attached thereto, which are submitted and made a part
of this certification by reference, was prepared and
unanimously approved by the said Board.
The proposed Charter and Schedule of Legislation
is hereby submitted this fourth day of November, 1969.
Honorable Francis J. Aluisi, President of the Board of
County Commissioners of Prince George's County, to be
published in the manner required by Article XI-A of
the Maryland Constitution, and to be submitted to a
vote of the qualified voters of Prince George's
County, Maryland, at the General Election to be held
on Tuesday, November 3, 1970.

CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL COUNSEL
I, Frank M. Kratovil, having been duly
constituted as Chief Counsel to the Charter Board of
Prince George's County, Maryland, do hereby certify
that I have read and considered the proposed Charter
and Schedule of Legislation annexed hereto, and, in my
opinion, it conforms in all respects with the
Constitution and laws of the State of Maryland.
