COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY A FINAL ACTION OF THE
COMMISSION RENDERED UNDER THIS ARTICLE HAY APPEAL TO
THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE MARYLAND RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR A REVIEW OF
SUCH ACTION.
93A-46. ALTERNATIVE RELIEF.
NOTHING HEREIN SHALL PREVENT ANY PERSON FROM
EXERCISING ANY EIGHT OR SEEKING ANY REMEDY TO WHICH HE
MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ENTITLED OR FROM FILING ANY
COMPLAINT WITH ANY OTHER AGENCY OR COURT OF LAW OR
EQUITY.
SECTION 2. Severability. The provisions of this
Act are severable, and if any provision, sentence,
clause, section or part thereof is held illegal,
invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to any
person or circumstances, such illegality, invalidity,
unconstitutionality, or inapplicability shall not
affect or impair any of the remaining provisions,
sentences, clauses, sections or parts of the Act or
their application to other persons or circumstances.
It is hereby declared to he the legislative intent
that this Act would have been adopted if such illegal,
invalid or unconstitutional provision, sentence,
clause, section or part had not been included therein,
and if the person or circumstance to which the Act or
any part thereof is inapplicable had been specifically
exempted therefrom.
SECTION 3. Effective date. This Act shall take
effect on the 76th day following the date on which it
becomes law.

that county at the General Election held or Tuesday,
November 3, 1970.
