65(k), 65(m), 65(n), 65(o) , 65(p), 65(g),
65(s), 65(t), 66 (a) , 66 (b), 66 (c) , 67(h) ,
69(c), 69(d), 69 (f), 69 (g), 70 (a) , 70(b),
86 (dd), 86 (s) to repeal Sections 68 (d),
68 (f) , 70 (i), and to repeal and re—enact
Sections 60 (d) in its entirety and renumber as
Section 65(v), and to add Sections 65(w) , 72(f),
81(e), 86(gg), 86 (hh), and 86(ii) of Article II,
title "Employees' Retirement system of Montgomery
County," of Chapter 94, title "Personnel," of the
Montgomery County Code 1965, as amended, with
respect to certain provisions of the Employees'
Retirement System; to discontinue membership
eligibility of appointive officials; to provide
the method for membership by other than County
employees with disclaimer of liability; establish
an effective date of October 1, 1972 for
qualified part-time employees membership; to
provide a membership group for certain members
whose duties are hazardous and to set the
contribution rates therefor; to provide for
expansion of the membership criteria of Group E;
to provide an opportunity for members to transfer
from one membership group to another within the
Employees' Retirement System of Montgomery
County; to provide the opportunity for certain
members to retire at age forty—six years with
twenty—five years of creditable service; to
provide further clarification of requirements for
elective early retirement and existing
administrative procedures for administrative
retirements and administrative disability
retirements; and to provide service recognition
factors; to provide seven percent (7%)
